The first step in applying for a property is to schedule a tour (in except in the case of larger properties. Applications must be submitted before touring the property). Please call our office or email for an appointment. Once you have toured the property, you may fill out an application. There is a $50 application fee.

Full time students (with no established credit or full time employment) must obtain a Guarantor Agreement from a parent or guardian. Once the application(s) has been accepted and the Guarantor Agreement(s) has been turned in, we will ask that the full security deposit be paid. After we have received the full deposit, we will draw up the lease and contact you when the lease is ready to sign.
